Mobile Service:

Note: Service Call Fee $275.00 = Mobilization Fee + A One Hour Minimum 

The mobilization fee of $110.00 minimum is up to a 20 mile radius from 4720 Ridge Dr NE Salem, OR.

     ***Each additional mile is $4.25 per mile.***

Hourly Rate Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm

Our Hourly rate is $165 per hour,  during normal business hours

​All Basement AC Work and Hydronic Heater Work will be billed @ $195 per hr

 

Warranty Work:

$75.00 Administrative Processing Fee "Customer's responsibility" 

• Hourly Rate $205.00

• Mobilization is per standard fee.   

     ***Most warranty companies cover the initial mobilization fee for the required diagnostic. It will be the customer's responsibility to cover the return mobilization fee as well as any other non-covered fees.***

Emergency, After Hours, and Holiday - Hourly Rates

$205 per hour + Mobilization Fee

Hourly rate for Emergency calls is $205  per Hour. Emergency calls are available upon request and availability after 5pm  M-F & All Day Saturday & Sunday.
